This site is dedicated to information about Neighborhood Electric Vehicles (NEVs) in Lincoln, California. Also called Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs), these cars are street-legal and have a maximum speed of 25 MPH. The vehicles can be driven on any street with a speed limit of 35 MPH or below, or in designated NEV lanes.
